Participatory Budgeting Case Studies
In February and March of 2009, 24 separate participatory budgeting pilots were held on the theme of community safety, all partly or fully funded by a Home Office scheme. The pilots were scattered across England and Wales from Thanet in Kent to Newcastle and Northumberland, and even one in Cardiff.
