Three particular publications of voices illustrating the contribution that community development can make to community empowerment.

This study highlights examples of two communities; Airmyn, East Yorkshire and Stainforth, North Yorkshire where a process of people working together to involve the wider community in dialogue about the parish plans has resulted in positive outcomes.
