YCAN is the new network for community activists in Yorkshire and Humber.

YCAN was formally launched at the Inspiring Futures conference on December 8th 2010 in Scarborough.

A Constitution has been adopted and the new Steering committee met on January 11th. Officers appointed are:

• Vice Chair:  Chris Parsons
• Treasurer:   George Horner
• Secretary:    Pete Martin
