Community Matters has launched its Vision for Neighbourhoods document in which they call on a new Government to help realise 5 ambitions for communities:
1. A community building in every neighbourhood
2. More lottery funding for communities
3. A national network of community enablers
4. A strong and strategic community voice
5. A less bureaucratic operating environment
