The Regional Empowerment Commission took place at Government Office on Monday 16th November in Leeds.

Bobby Duffy from Ipsos Mori shared his perspectives around NI4 targets and scores - why they might be problematic and what can be done to improve them.
There were three presentations from Local Authorites in the region:
Vince Roberts from Sheffield outlining the new Community Assemblies and Participatory Budgeting initiatives
Joe Micheli from Barnsley addressd the question - 'Does Neighbourhood Management pay for itself?' and
Brad Webster from East Riding explored issues about 'Making the Business Case for Empowerment'
