Community Rights Made Real workshops
We are supporting Urban Forum and NAVCA in putting on two FREE workshops in the region to prepare for the practicalities, opportunities and challenges of the rights within the Localism Act. We want to support inclusion and equality in how the new rights are taken up; focusing in particular on the needs of communities who currently lack power.
The workshops will have three sections focusing: two on the two community rights and one on neighbourhood planning (in partnership with Planning Aid UK).

PLEASE NOTE: Planning Aid UK are also organising workshops with YHEP in March which will have a filly day on neighbourhood planning bringing together community members with Public and Voluntary sector staff. More details will be posted soon.
