Big Society Award for Health Champions

The Prime Minister has selected Altogether Better Community Health Champions as winners of its Big Society Award!
This is only the 5th award to have been made nationally and we are very proud to see our work acknowledged at this level. The award provides well deserved recognition of the hard work, dedication and commitment of Community and Workplace Health Champions across all of the 14 districts in Yorkshire and the Humber.
